Every sale is different. Court steps in a probate or a divorce, and the tax side of any sale, belong with an attorney or tax professional who knows your situation. We are glad to work alongside them.

Reading a Page Is Not an Agreement

Nothing on this site is a contract, a promise to represent you, or an opinion of what a property is worth. We only start working for someone after both sides sign a written agreement. A phone call by itself doesn't create one either.

Reaching Us by Phone

The phone is the only way to contact us through this site. You can reach us at (209) 528-0689. What you tell us on a call is up to you. Please don't share bank or account numbers until we have a signed agreement and a real reason to need them.
