What Happens on the Call
We start with the basics. Are you selling, buying, handling an inherited or probate house, or splitting property in a divorce? From there we ask about the property, your timing and anyone else who has to sign off. If it makes sense, we set up a longer talk at our office or over video. Some people need two calls before anything moves. That's fine.
We also talk about money over time, not just the sale price. A repair that costs a little now might pay back at closing, or it might not. We'll say which, and why. If you sign on to sell with us, you can cancel that agreement at any point before the house goes under contract. No arguing, no hoops. We work with people in Linden, Lodi, Lockeford, Manteca and the towns around them.
A Few Things Worth Having Handy
- Where the house sits, about how old it is, and what shape it's in today.
- Whatever you know about what's still owed on the loan, even a rough number.
- If it's inherited or in probate, who the executor is and whether a court case is open.
- When you'd like to be done, and who else gets a vote on the decision.
